I did not feel well when I got up this am. Had planned on running my 10 miler, but cut it short. Only did the 5.7. Ran very easy and felt good. It feels like I'm trying to get sick so I backed off a little and listened to my body. I have softball practice tonite so didn't want to overdue it too much. My time was a 51:32. Still staying at a 9 min. mile pace. If I could get that down to about an 8, that would be great. |
